Perimeter Dental’s goal is to partner with our patients to achieve and maintain their optimal oral health. We understand dental treatment without insurance can be expensive—this is why we developed the Perimeter Dental Wellness Plan.
The Perimeter Dental Wellness Plan is a membership discount plan designed to help make routine preventative visits and necessary dental treatment more affordable. There is no maximum, no deductible, no waiting periods, and no denials!
- Includes two doctor exams and hygiene visits, one full set of X-Rays, and one emergency exam per period.
- Includes 15% courtesy on restorative dental services.
- Includes 5% courtesy on dental implants and IV sedation.
Adult 6-month Recare
$427
- Additional adult family members receive $100 off annual fee
- 3- or 4-month recare patients will get their additional cleanings at a discounted rate
